Ladies and Gentlemen: we have a crawler...

Elijah has grown so much and ties more strings around my heart every second. He is now our little crawler!! Our mobile baby is getting into everything and we love it.
We took another road trip to visit Jeremy's Dad and step-mom. They spoiled us to death and Eli loved spending time with them! We can't wait to go back!!

Lisa cooked for us every night- home made chicken fingers were my favorite

fish fry!!

so delicious. so spoiled.
We took Elijah for his very first swim- he hit the water like a fish! Splashing his little arms and kicking his little legs- he loves nothing more.

We took our very first family vacation to Hilton Head Island. It was so much fun, we only stayed three nights, I wish we would have stayed twice as long. Elijah loved the beach! He played at the tide splashing and smiling.

The condo we stayed at had an awesome pool- we spent almost as much time at the pool as we did at the beach, because Eli loves pool time!!

Absolutely our favorite meal was at Skull Creek Boathouse! It was a great environment, adult friendly with sophisticated entrees and great drinks. It was kid friendly with giant jenga and giant connect four- they gave us a token for Eli to "pick out  prize" after his meal. We got him a rubber ducky. So fun! Our meal was delicious. Eli had fun watching the boats and playing drums on the table. :) After our meal Eli noticed a cute Asian girl his age across the restaurant and started jumping up and down in his seat! She pointed at him squealed and clapped! It was baby love! We had to get them together for a few pictures.

We saw dolphins every single day during our trip but the last morning we were there was magical- they were everywhere!!

We played with these sweet dogs every morning, their owners were two older men vacationing with their families and they would stop and let us play fetch with their well mannered dogs!

My sweetest ever husband stopped at one of my favorite places on our way home- Savannah!!!

Dedication, Easter, He said, "mama!!!!"

I love living in Georgia in the spring and summer. Fall and winter does have its comforts with warm cuddles on cold days but I am a warm weather girl. Elijah also enjoys being outside in the warm weather. We have already made so many good memories this spring!

We dedicated Elijah to the Lord, he did so good! Our pastor made it so personal and so sweet. Our family filled the seats in our small church, it was the sweetest thing ever. Elijah wore his great-great grandfather's christening gown. It is over 100 years old.

Easter was so much fun with my little family. We're looking forward to when we will tell Eli about Jesus and celebrate the resurrection with him everyday, especially on Easter. This year it was so good for Jeremy and I to reflect heavily on the cross and just enjoy the blessing Eli is to us with our family. :)

We were also able to go to Myrtle Beach to visit my sister and her family! It was our first road trip with Eli. It was a little tough but he was such a good boy and it was more than worth the drive for the memories we made. My sister is the best hostess, she made us feel so at home and cooked us so many delicious dinners. Her family moves around a lot and no matter where they go we will follow them for sweet visits!! On the last night of our stay my sister was feeding Eli and holding him before bed and she jokingly said, "I'm not giving you to your mommy!!" Eli looked at me frantically and cried, for the very first time, "MAMA!!" I was a puddle.
